The system counters the drawbacks of the other slot recovery methods - It helps fully restore the well integrity, allows for a smoother well drilling plan, and is environmentally friendly. There is no milling required and it removes existing leak points to the ocean.

The Hollow Bit Slot Recovery system can be used to remove the inner casing, while leaving the conductor pipe in place. Sections of the inner casing are retrieved simultaneously, down to a specified depth below the conductor shoe.
